Cathching Up

I've been such a slacker on the blogging lately.  We've had a lot going on.  But the boys are doing well.  They are finally over their runny nose/allergy thing.
James had a fun day with Nana and Papa last week.  They took him to the Discovery Center and got him a really long sticky sucker that he LOVED.
I made him put it down for the night.  When he asked for it a couple of days later I told him that the sucker fairy came during the middle of the night and ate it.  He hates the sucker fairy.
Yesterday we had a group birthday party for Karin, JT, Jude and James over at Brad's parents.  James and Addi waited patiently for the cake.

All of the kids waited while Grandpa lit the candles.
Then they all four blew out the candles.  Well...they all four tried.  I ended up blowing them out.  One cake should only have to endure so much kid spit.
They dug in!
Then the inevitable sugar coma hit them all at the same time.
James LOVES all things Thomas.
He was so excited to get some more pieces to his train set.
Jude's card played music which he found amazing!
Addi and Lauren were sweet to watch the boys open presents.  I love my sweet little nieces.
And guess who finally got his top two teeth!?!?!  Hard to tell from all the drool on his shirt, right?

This is going to be our month of a jillion doctor's appointments.  We have 2 or more appointments every week.  Jude will be seeing his oncologist in a couple of weeks, then labs, then a ton of scans.  This is the six month mark (obviously a little past) and so we will do several more scans and labs than normal.  The two big days will be the 19th and the 26th.  We are praying for clear scans and no more cancer!  I will keep you posted.

Guess you'll really need to differentiate between the sucker fairy and the tooth fairy when James starts losing his teeth! ;o)

Hope all of your appt's go well and you get some good results!!!
