Tonight Brad and I watched a rerun of Iron Chef America featuring Chef Mario Batali and Scott Campbell. The featured ingredient was cheese. Yum.
As we are watching these two fabulous chefs produce mouth-watering delights, my husband, with the ever-so-educated palette says, "I can't believe no one made nachos!"
