I keep James on a pretty tight schedule...part of the whole Babywise thing. It works well for us. He sleeps 12-14 hours at night and has since he was little teeny. Anyhow, occasionally I have to wake him up from a nap if he is sleeping too long. It is never pleasant. When he wakes up on his own he wakes up cheerful and cooing. If I wake him up before he is ready...this is what happens...

I totally get it. I feel the exact same way about my sleep. Notice the huge puddle of drool by his head? The kid drools A LOT.
But...2 seconds later...he bounced right back....
