Baby Feet

I didn't know what an obsession I had with baby feet until I had James . Now I have a whole new pair of baby feet to obsess over. So cute. We are so in love with this new little guy.

Who Are The People In Your Neighborhood?

Oh, who are the people in your neighborhood? In your neighborhood? In your neighborhood? Say, who are the people in your neighborhood? The people that you meet each day. Do you remember this from Sesame Street? I loved this one....and the one where they showed us how crayons were made...oh...and the one where you had to figure out "which one of these isn't like the other...? I wonder if those are still in the mix. James is strictly Baby Einstein so I don't know how they roll on SS these days. Anyways...the people in my neighborhood are awesome! I think we might live on the best street in America. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming. I just love it. But most exciting and interesting is how eager everyone is to tell us about the neighbor we've replaced. Very interesting. He was not the sort of guy that should be living on such a lovely street with such lovely neighbors. Besides meeting neighbors today, James had to go to the doctor. The poor little guy still...

Sweet Feet

Yesterday and today have been such beautiful days. James has enjoyed spending much of them outside. Yesterday he got to wear flip flops for the first time. He hated them at first. And I know why. His precious little feet are too fat to fit in them properly. Now aren't those the cutest little feet you've ever seen?!?! He was exhausted after dinner tonight. I put him down and he was sound asleep in a matter of minutes. When I checked on him with the monitor the fears of early motherhood crept back up on me. I was sure Puppy was suffocating him. Perhaps revenge for pulling his nose fluff out. I slipped into his room to check things out. Then I went for the camera. You know my sleeping baby addiction. Whew! Everything's ok! Just two sleepy boys from all the playing outside.

Christmas Eve Eve

Tonight I was up at the church for the Candlelight Service. I am sure it was lovely. I wouldn't know...I was in the bookstore all night. Maybe we will be able to catch one of the other services tomorrow. They are at 3:00, 4:30, 6:00 & 7:30 at Hillside Christian Church . This was such a lovely and relaxing day. Brad was off today and will be until Monday! Yahoo! It is so great for James and I to have him all to ourselves. That man is one of the Lord's most precious blessings in my life. This morning he spent a lot of time playing with James after breakfast. James just soaks in every ounce of the attentions his sweet father lavishes on him. I don't blame him. I do too. They watched some cartoons.... Played with Puppy... Played with the feet...we are all a little obsessed with James' feet... Then got a little sleepy and ready for nap time... After his morning nap...more Daddy playtime... Jamesie loves his Daddy...a lot... And one more shot of t...

Tootsies

You know I have a thing about James' feet. I love them. I love to touch them and smell them and kiss them and tickle them and rub them. I've been smitten with them since the day he was born. But today I was looking at them and how big they are. They aren't the teeny tiny little tootsies that they used to be. And soon I won't want to smell them and kiss them. But for now I still think they are awfully adorable and kissable. After I took these pictures I noticed that sly little Puppy stuck his tootsie in the picture too. He's such a camera hog.
